Friends of the Tang provide vital support for the Tang’s dynamic programming. Funds contributed by the Friends of the Tang bring internationally significant exhibitions, artists and programs to Skidmore College and the Capital Region of New York State. Additionally, these funds help build a well-rounded permanent collection and a widely distributed publication series.

Friends of the Tang receive:
• Invitations to exhibition previews and events
• The Tang Newsletter, offering provocative interviews with artists and curators, and a schedule of upcoming events and exhibitions.
• Invitations to specially sponsored arts tours across the country and abroad
• A 10% discount at the Tang Museum Store
