Costs 2013-2014: $45,724 tuition and fees; $7,214 room; $4,988 board (comprehensive fee $57,926)
Financial Aid: Over 50% of students receive some form of financial aid; over 40% receive need-based grants; aid packages include grants, campus employment, and student loans. Skidmore is awarding more than $39 million in student aid in 2013-14, with the grant portion of each package averaging $33,000. Nearly 43% of the Class of 2017 received Skidmore aid.
Opportunity Program: Approximately 170 enrolled OP students, 5% of the student body
Porter Presidential Scholarships in Science and Mathematics: $15,000 annually ($60,000 over four years), awarded to 5-7 students
Filene Music Scholarship: $12,000 annually ($48,000 over four years), awarded to four students
Skidmore Scholars in Science and Mathematics (S3M): supports up to eight students annually who demonstrate financial need
