Preparation

1. MU 255 and, normally, MU 353.
2. MU 317 is strongly recommended.
3. During the fall semester of the senior year, the student must be enrolled in a class or an independent study in electronic studio.

Proposal

A two to three page (typewritten and double spaced) proposal:

1. clearly indicating the approval and backing of the faculty sponsor;
2. discussing the nature of the proposed project (in terms of the problems to be solved, the equipment, technologies, languages, etc., to be produced;
3. describing the completed preparations for the project, including consultations with the advisor;
4. outlining a plan fore completion of the project, including a schedule of work;
5. describing the format of the final project which will be submitted for evaluation.
