one of the great exponents on the bin, an exquisite stringed
instrument with perhaps the longest pedigree in Indian music.
Pandit MOHAN SHYAM SHARMA will
be accompanying on the pakhawaj, a double-ended, hand-played
drum often identified as one of the ancestors of the modern North
Indian tabla.
