| Proceeds from tickets, tee shirts, and posters connected to the Friday night and Saturday afternoon performances will help support Skidmore Cares' efforts to provide assistance for those in need in Saratoga County and the Capitol District. Proceeds from the Saturday night performance will support student financial aid. |

| Skidmore College's students and faculty will present its twelfth year of music composed and performed by the Beatles on Friday 16 and Saturday 17 November 2012. This year's concerts recognize the fiftieth anniversary of the beginning of Beatles' recording career, which commenced with the release of "Love Me Do" on 5 October 1962. |
| We look for original performances by Skidmore students and faculty of songs both from during the Beatles' studio career as well as from their post-Beatles careers. All types of live musical performance media are welcomed: a-cappella vocal groups, rock bands, acoustic performances, etc. Creative Thought Matters. |

| Auditioning. Auditions are by video submissions. In September and early October, send an email from your Skidmore account to beatlemore@skidmore.edu to be added to the list of potential performers. |

| Each auditioned act will be allowed only one song lasting no more than 5 minutes. There are only around 16 slots for each concert and many more audition. Thus, prepare your material carefully. |
