Four Strategies for Searching the Gitler Index
1.   BROWSE from the beginning of the index. 
                    --TIP: for clubs, hotels, and other places, search under VENUES
                    --TIP: for places (cities, parts of cities [e.g., Harlem]), begin the search 
                        with the name of the state

2.    Use your web browser's FIND command (probably in the EDIT menu) 
                     to search for a word (or part of a word)

3.    Use the LIST of TOPICS to jump quickly 
                     around the list

4.  PRINT the index and use the hard copy wherever you take the Gitler book.
