Faculty Research Initiative Grant Application

DUE DATE: January 28, 2011 (Absolute Deadline)

A FINAL REPORT must be submitted to the Office of the Dean of the Faculty within 3 months of the end of the grant period. Grant periods are between four and twelve months from start to finish.

Brief Description: Provide a statement of 250 words or less describing the proposed project in language understandable to the non-specialist. The members of the Faculty Development Committee consist of faculty from different disciplines. In your description, make clear the objectives of your project and the means you propose to attain your goals.

PLEASE NOTE:

Failure to do so may result in advances being treated as taxable income and will result in disqualification from future grant opportunities.

All materials and/or equipment purchased with the aid of grant funding become the property of Skidmore College when the funded project is completed.
