Appointment
Letter
You will receive and appointment letter by mail. This
letter will outline your payment schedule and serve as your teaching
contract. Please email Tracy
Riley when you have received your letter.
Payment
You will be paid in 2 installments. The first half is
paid on the first payday following the first week of classes.
The second is paid after all course evaluation forms are turned
in to the UWW office. If you are non-Skidmore residential faculty,
you need to request a Skidmore
user account before you can proceed.
Enrollment
Course rosters will be mailed to you shortly after the
enrollment deadline, and then again after the first week of class
to take add/drop into account. Courses with insufficient enrollment
may be cancelled at the discretion of the UWW Director.
Email
Lists
The UWW office will create an email list for your course.
This list will allow you to use one email address to contact all
of the students enrolled in your course.
Holidays
Please notify the UWW office if your classes will be
held during observed holidays, cancelled or rescheduled.
Grading
Instructor Evacuation of
Student Learning Form in Word format
You must turn in a narrative evaluation of learning for
each student in your class. This will become part of the student's
official transcript. Although letter grades are optional, many
UWW students request that you submit a letter grade. This can
be done simply by adding the grade to the evaluation
form.
Location
of Evening Seminars
Unless otherwise specified, all evening seminars will
be held in Ladd 106. Please contact the UWW office
if you need to make arrangements for other rooms, such as technology
labs or auditoriums.
