Procedure:

At the beginning of each semester every student will enter courses in the Registration/Advising Module listing all courses the student plans on taking for that term.

Under the tuition structure UWW courses are covered in full. For courses taken with outside institutions students will have an allowance of up to $750 per course. Student account statements from outside institutions need to be submitted (preferably with your UWW Course Registration Form) to UWW in order to get reimbursed.

You must submit a receipt from the school you attended showing the amount paid, the course name, course credits, and semester attended.  In addition you must submit the original VISA receipt or the statement from the credit card company showing the charge.  (You can black out any personal information.)  You will receive an email from UWW during the semester stating the date the receipts must be received in order to receive credit.  No exceptions will be made.

Financial Aid students need

  1. to complete the Registration/Advising module
  2. contact the Financial Aid office for a Consortium Agreement with the outside institution or submit the completed outside institution’s registration form (except the payment section) to the FA office.

UWW will complete the payment section and fax it to the outside institution to complete your registration.  Again, UWW will pay up to $750 per course.

If changes to your registration are not submitted to UWW by the end of the add/drop period, your billing status will be determined based on your entries in the Registration/Advising module.  Any changes in registration must be resubmitted to UWW. Courses must be included in the UWW Registration/Advising module in order to receive credit towards your degree program.  If courses are not recorded and later determined to be part of the degree program, billing adjustments will be made to the student’s enrollment status for that particular term.
