Amanda Ervin, Art Technology Support Coordinator
Amanda Ervin received her MFA in 2005, from the University at Albany. She has exhibited
at Gavin Brown’s Passerby in Chelsea, Manhattan; Jack the Pelican, Galapagos, Rubulad,
in Brooklyn, NY; and SIGGRAPH in San Diego. She has taught at The University at Albany,
Hudson Valley Community College, 3rd Ward in Brooklyn, and Tech Valley Center of Gravity
in Troy, NY. Her work has been published in ACM SIGGRAPH 2003 catalog. Identity Perceived Through Visual Culture, has been published via the Humanitech Lecture Series, University at Albany. Her
work intersects traditional craft and technology, often including sound. Some can be seen here.
