How to Search the Photo Archive

To search the catalog use one of two options - keyword search, or browse by category.

Search

• Search the catalog by entering in information from the drop down boxes, or fill in field for year or description (location refers to CD location, which will be less useful in your search.)
• Click on the all button, and then click go.

For example:

• • people matches – glotzbach, philip
  • Year contains – 2011
  • Description contains- commencement

You should receive 27 results.

Browse by category

• At the bottom of the left column, select a keyword from the drop down menu (for example, commencement.)
• You will receive 3,453 images associated with commencement.

Requesting Photos

Contact Pat Wright for a copy of the images providing the following information:

• Location: CD number ( ex. CD 1250)
• Filename: 2011_015.jpg
• Image thumbnails can be saved into your computer (favorites, desktop, etc.) then cut and pasted into an email to Pat Wright to assist with identification.
