Guide to Graphic Identity Standards

Dear Members of the Skidmore Community:

This guide is designed to help all members of the campus community to better understand Skidmore's core symbols and their appropriate use. In the following pages you will find guidelines for using the College seal, wordmark, mascot logo, and "Creative Thought Matters" positioning statement. These Skidmore logos serve as readily identifiable symbols that reinforce the Skidmore name and give a sense of unity to our publications, stationery, Web sites, merchandise, and other forms of communication. These standards have been created to assist offices and departments campuswide in strengthening the Skidmore message and graphic identity.

I hope this guidebook will prove useful to you in your correspondence and other Skidmore communications.
