Drew Fidler, LCSW-C, joined Baltimore Child Abuse Center as a Forensic Interviewer in September of 2012 and in April of 2015 was promoted to the position of Policy and Program Development Manager. As Policy and Program Development Manager, Drew works with youth serving organizations to analyze their systems relating to protecting youth, conducts trainings, and creates programs for organizations. Drew has trained over 1,000 professionals on how to protect children and their own organization from incident. Drew has also received training from the Department of Justice in building organizational resiliency, and utilizes that to help train professionals on how to build resiliency. Additionally, Drew interviews child victims of crime in accordance with national Forensic Interviewing protocols and is proficient in several models.

I am a political appointee, working in the Office of the Secretary at the Dept. of Health and Human Services. After my appointment ends on January 20th, I will spend the next five months working as a consultant for Atikus Investments, a microfinance start up. In that role, I'll split my time between Paris, France and Kigali, Rwanda. After my contract ends, I hope to return to work in D.C.

Jiyoung Sim is a Senior at Skidmore College double majoring in Economics and Mathematics. During the spring of 2016, she was an Analysis Intern at Patrivalor, an asset management firm located in Madrid, Spain. While working closely with professionals at various levels of the organization, she designed and implemented data sorting programs using Excel VBA to improve and automate the update of the investment database and the client database. During the summer of 2016, she was a Research Intern at Korea International Trade Association, where she researched import trends and profitability of foreign importers in order to ensure successful trade between domestic exporters and foreign big buyers. At Skidmore, she has been academically successful, receiving Dean's List Honors every semester and Alumni Club Scholarship Every year since her second year. She has also received memberships to Association for Women in Mathematics (AWM) and Pi Mu Epsilon national honorary society in Mathematics. Outside of Academics, she has participated in activities as a Student Ambassador at the Admissions Office and has been a member and executive board member of Asian Cultural Awareness club. She enjoyed her study abroad experience in Madrid, Spain in the spring of 2016, where she had a chance to take all the courses in Spanish, studying with Spanish students. I am a senior data associate with ICF, a large professional and technical services firm, where I support a contract with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services on child abuse and neglect, foster care, and adoption. In my role I serve as lead data analyst and author on an annual report to Congress, and also provide additional technical assistance to the client including responding to ad hoc data requests and creating innovative, interactive data visualizations in Tableau.

Randy Abreu is a political appointee, serving in the U.S. Department of Energy as Special Advisor to the Clean Energy Investment Center. Prior to joining the Obama Administration, Randy was a Law Fellow with the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute where he worked on the House Judiciary Committee and the Federal Communications Commission. As a Law Fellow, he worked on a wide range of issues related to data privacy, cross-border data trading, patent reform, digital tax laws, and cybersecurity.

Randy is a born and raised New Yorker with roots in The Bronx and parents from the Dominican Republic. Randy earned his JD from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego where he focused on Cyber and International Law. After his second year of law school, Randy was selected as a Google Policy Fellow which introduced him to the wonderful world of tech policy in Washington, DC.

Randy is licensed to practice law in the State of New York, and has been published several times on the issues of Digital Divides and media perceptions of women and people of color. In his personal time he enjoys playing softball and tennis, teaching digital literacy to the elderly, and can cook a pretty delicious macaroni and cheese dish.
