I founded Van Leeuwen Artisan Ice Cream a year after graduating from Skidmore (2008) with Peter Van Leeuwen and Laura O'Neill. We produce ultra premium ice cream and vegan ice cream in Brooklyn, N.Y., and sell from six food trucks and eight retail stores in NYC and LA. We also wholesale to grocery stores in the tri state area. In 2012 we opened Selamat Pagi, a vegan-focused Indonesian resturant in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. I live in Greenpoint, close to lots of good friends. In order to be able to eat lots of ice cream, I do yoga most days and eat mostly vegetarian. love to travel, see music, and cook.
