Vegetarian/Vegan Options

Emily's Garden - a vegetarian station in the Murray-Aikins Dining Hall - made possible through the generous support from College trustee Donald Sussman (in honor of his daughter, Emily '04)  -ensures that students have a variety of healthy high-quality vegetarian offerings.

Emily's Garden has allowed for the enhanced and expanded use of local and organic products, including fresh produce from the Skidmore student garden during the summer and fall months.
