Normal Building Trades services include repairs and preventive maintenance to building structures and exteriors including roofs, walls, floors, ceilings, windows, doors, locks and closure devices. Services are provided Monday - Friday 8 a.m.–3:30 pm.

Our Maintenance Department acts as first responders for electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems including lighting, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, elevators and life safety 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
