Boren Fellowship Boren Graduate Fellowships are used to fund international research, cultural study, and language acquisition for those simultaneously enrolled in a US graduate program.  January 30 deadline. International and U.S. Seniors applying to graduate programs. $30,000
CAPAL Scholarships The scholarships are intended to enable outstanding college and graduate students with the potential for leadership to work full-time and learn about ways to affect public policy in order to better benefit and serve Asian Pacific American communities.  See website for deadline. Gates Cambridge A merit-based scholarship in any subject area for students to pursue a graduate degree or a second bachelor's degree at the University of Cambridge. Pamela Harriman Foreign Service Fellowship This fellowship offers three summer internships each year: at the US Embassy in London, at the US Embassy in Paris and the Office of the Secretary of State in Wahington, DC. Institute for Humane Studies  Journalism Internship Program The IHS Journalism Internship Program places aspiring journalists at media companies and non-profit investigative newsrooms.  Opportunities are offered year-round, during the spring, summer, and fall. Intercollegiate Studies Institute - The William E. Simon Fellowship for Noble Purpose The Simon Fellowship is a $40,000 unrestricted grant awarded to those graduating college seniors who have demonstrated passion, dedication, a high capacity for self-direction, and originality in pursuit of a goal that will strengthen civil society. Jack Kent Cooke Graduate Fellowship Each award will provide funding for tuition, room and board, required fees, and books for up to six years of graduate study. Jack Kent Cooke Scholars may use the award to attend any accredited graduate school in the U.S. or abroad to pursue any graduate or professional degree. See website for deadlines. Jacob K. Javits Fellowship The program provides financial assistance to students who have demonstrated superior academic ability and achievement; exceptional promise; and financial need to undertake graduate study leading to a doctoral degree or a master's degree in which the master's degree is the terminal highest degree.  Late September deadline. Charles G. Koch Summer Fellow Program - Public Policy Internships The Charles G. Koch Summer Fellow Program combines a paid public policy internship with two career skills seminars and weekly policy lectures.  There are two policy tracks: State Policy and Federal Policy.  Late January deadline. Charles G. Koch Associate Program The Charles G. Koch Charitable Foundation's aim is to develop the capabilities of the Associates through the program by providing management training, professional development, and the knowledge and skills necessary to achieve their career potential.  See website for deadline information. Luce Scholars Program The Luce Scholars Program — the Henry Luce Foundation's major effort to develop a new level of understanding of Asia among future leaders of American society.  The Luce Scholars Program is experiential rather than academic in nature. Deadline in mid October. International Seniors Monthly stipend and other allowances provided. 
Marshall Scholarship Up to forty scholarships are offered each year, five for each of eight regions into which the U.S. is divided. The scholarship, which pays overseas transportation, all tuition and fees, plus a personal allowance, is tenable for two years and can, in a few exceptional cases, be renewed for a third year.
