Club Leader Update
If your Club is already registered for the academic year but you have changes to make, fill in the form below to keep your Org information up-to-date! If certain information has not changed, simply type "same" in the appropriate field.
The Primary Contact for your Org should be a person who agrees to be the main point of contact for the Club. The Office of Leadership Activities will give out the Primary Contact's name and email in response to Club inquiries from the campus community. Leadership Activities will not give out any student contact information to off-campus inquiries, to protect students' privacy.
