Request Forms

The request forms may only be used by Skidmore affiliates.

• Request the purchase of books, videos, dvds, sound recordings or scores
• Video/DVD reservation for class showing (log into the Reserves Hub)

The following transactions require logging in to the appropriate request system. Follow the links below.

• Place materials on course reserve
• Request a book or journal article through Interlibrary Loan
