Senior art majors' show
Skidmore art majors hold their Senior Thesis Exhibition each spring at the Tang Teaching Museum and Art Gallery—a capstone to their studies toward degrees in studio art. The Art Department offers
courses in ceramics, design, drawing and painting, digital media, fiber, metals, photography,
printmaking, and sculpture, and several students work in more than one medium.
The exhibition of 26 seniors' works is free and open to the public through May 21.
Hours are Tuesday–Wednesday, May 17–18, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Thursday, May 19, 9 a.m.
to 9 p.m.; Friday, May 20, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and Saturday, May 21, noon to 6 p.m.
The John P. Heins Outstanding Senior Thesis Exhibition Award went to Camilla Dahl
Busby, and other senior-thesis honors went to Piers Pope Boyce and Elizabeth Stone.
