For their National Public Radio show, producers Chris Hoff and Sam Harnett have gathered sounds from all over the world, from walking ants to windy bridges, and now they’re sharing them at Skidmore. This Wednesday, March 29, they’re taking over Falstaff’s (across the campus loop road north of Dana and Palamountain Halls), where they’ll set up a ring of speakers, hand out blindfolds, and offer up an eclectic, immersive heard experience. Their “World According to Sound” event begins at 7 p.m. and is free and open to the public.

The event is co-sponsored by Skidmore’s academic program in arts administration and the Moore Documentary Studies Collaborative.
