A few days after graduation, Dani DeGregory '16 was named Skidmore's first softball All-American. She's only the third Thoroughbred
to go All-America in two sports: she was a first-team All-American in field hockey

Don't Look, a new play by Gina Doherty '14, runs through July 3 as part of Chicago's Something Marvelous festival. Doherty's short play Swept was featured at Between Us Productions' Take Ten Festival in April, and she's workshopped

Artist Bryan Tuckman '11 is one of 14 New Yorkers interviewed by Gotham magazine about finding success in the Big Apple. For the past five years, he's been working
for an artist on Max and Charlie, a massive graphic-novel production set for release later this year.
Last year, attorney Randy Abreu '10 earned national selection as one of 21 fellows of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute in Washington, D.C. He spent nine months interacting with federal government leaders
(including President Obama) involved in policies affecting the Latino community. [read more]
Helene Schneider '92, mayor of Santa Barbara, Calif., is one of two Democrats vying to represent the 24th
district in the US Congress. A former city councilwoman, she was a founder and chair

as chair of the Smaller Business Association of New England's Innovation Awards Committee.
