- The largest class in Skidmore history--the 712 members of the Class of 2014--will be recognized May 17 at the College's 103rd Commencement.
- Skidmore's Class of 2012, totaling 627 baccalaureate candidates and 12 candidates for the master of arts in liberal studies, will participate in the College's 101st Commencement Saturday, May 19, at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center. The ceremony begins at 10:40 a.m.
- A mainstay of the Saratoga community for more than 30 years and a member of the Skidmore College Board of Trustees since 2001, she will succeed Janet Lucas Whitman '59, who will step down in May.
- The College will award degrees to approximately 625 students and will bestow three honorary doctorates
