The Schick Art Gallery will present a free screening of the 2009 film Herb and Dorothy at 8 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 4, in the gallery. Presented in conjunction with the current exhibition The Muse at Home, the movie is the incredible true story of a postal worker and a librarian who built a world-class art collection.
"Art Collecting in America: A New Vantage Point for the History of Art," will be presented Tuesday, Nov. 13, by Inge Reist, director of the Center for the History of Collecting in America.
