If a play is "a social document," says actor and director Chris Staley '09, then he'll be in the right place this June: at Skidmore's 25th-anniversary SITI theater workshop.- Anne Bogart, the award-winning co-founder and artistic director of SITI, will discuss the importance of storytelling in contemporary theater when she delivers the McCormack Lecture Feb. 5.
- The acclaimed SITI Company has returned to Skidmore this June and will explore love and identity when it presents Café Variations June 14 at Bernhard Theater.
- The Bill T. Jones/Arnie Zane Dance Company returns to Skidmore for a fourth summer of intensive dance instruction and performance opportunities. - After a gloomy week, the sun came out just in time for the College to award degrees to 652 members of the Class of 2011. The ceremony also marked the closing of University Without Walls, the liberal arts degree-completion program that Skidmore founded in 1971.
