United Minds

United Minds

We are a group of students who believe that sweeping change of our social, political, and economic system is needed for collective liberation. Although our politics may differ, we are coming together to empower, educate, and learn from one another. We seek to aid in the abolition of all forms of oppression. We welcome all who are interested in liberating ourselves and each other.

What We Have Done

In the Spring of 2012, the United Minds organized a vigil, hoodie day, and a movie to raise awareness about the Trayvon Martin extrajudicial murder.  The link to both parts of the movie are here: Part I and Part II

Other notable affiliated projects are: Norman Finkelstein Lecture: "Solving the Israel/Palestine Conflict" and the Liberation Chronicle newsletter.
