Akhil Reed Amar on "American's Constitution Over the Centuries As Seen From New York"

After Vice President for Academic Affairs Susan A. Kress gave the welcome address, George Thoman, Assistant Professor of Political Science at Williams College introduced Akhil Reed Amar, this years Fiscus lecturer. His energetic speaking style and colorful insight on the constitution (as seen from New York) made for an enjoyable and spirited lecture.
