The Purchasing Department can help you book your travel arrangements to take advantage of College discounts, special rates, and other services. Through our association with various travel agencies you can schedule business or personal travel - including your transportation, hotel, entertainment, and travel insurance. The responsibility for travel accounting lies primarily with the Financial Services Office.  On their site you will find links for the policies and documentation you will need on your trip - travel expenses, what items are authorized for reimbursement, and availability/use of Skidmore Business VISA cards.
