Web Registration....
STEP BY STEP - Use Internet Explorer
Registration for the Spring 2009 term begins November 3.
What's the procedure?
STEP 1: Be sure to walk through the Student Self Service Guide located on the Registrar's Office/Current Students
web page. Your registration will go much more smoothly,
if you have reviewed this information before trying to register.
STEP 2: Check the new Master
Schedule for course listings.
STEP 3: Use the New Planning Sheet online (Quick Online Guide/ Printable Instructions) or complete the Yellow Registration
Form and use the green schedule planner to check for time conflicts. Note the call numbers
will help for faster processing.
STEP 4: Check the online Catalog
for prerequisites, and the Addendum
for catalog updates. Check
the Spec.Perm. column on the Master
Schedule for special permission. Complete
any special forms required for registration. All forms must
be handed in at the time you register. Forms are available online or in
the Registrar's Office unless otherwise noted.
STEP 5: Make an appointment with your faculty
advisor to discuss your proposed schedule - come prepared! Print a copy of your Planning Sheet and bring it with you or plan to login with your advisor.
In order to plot out times and days, you may also want to use the day/time grid worksheet.
If you are currently studying abroad you will not have an advising hold in place however we do recommend contacting your advisor via email.
STEP 6: Ask your advisor to release your advising hold after your meeting.
STEP 7: Check out your registration
time period by logging into the Student System - and click "Enrollment Timeslot" under the Enrollment Links area. Note: Timeslots are in military time and will all be in the AM (EST). Once your timeslot has arrived, you can submit the Planning Sheet and proceed with your registration or you can choose to skip that step and enroll using the quick add and search option.
STEP 8: Clear any financial holds before registration.
Direct questions to the Office of Student Accounts. You won't be able to register with a hold.
Self Instructional Language Program
Enrollment for all Self Instructional Language Program should be completed during the normal registration period. All enrollees and late registrants need to come to PMH 417 for special instructions and information on course times and places. FINAL EXAM TIMES ARE DETERMINED BY AN OUTSIDE EXAMINER AND YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED OF THE TIME AND PLACE BY EMAIL.
Reminder: Always verify your completed schedule!
