Room Reservation Checklist:

• Check the E-Calendar to make sure your event does not conflict with Major Events.
• Check Room Availability using the Room Reservations webpage.
• Request Your Event using the Room Reservations webpage.
• Arrange Supporting Resources, if applicable.
• Announce the Event on E-Calendar and/ or College News.
