What Faculty are Involved in the SSEP Program?
SSEP was created and, for most of the last decade, directed by Professor Roy Rotheim of the Skidmore Economics Department. Under his leadership, Skidmore student consultants have successfully partnered with nearly one hundred clients.
For the coming year, Colleen Burke, the Executive-in-Residence at Skidmore, will be
directing the SSEP program and teaching MB360, the course that is an integral component
of the SSEP program. Professor Burke has over 25 years of experience in strategic
consulting with international businesses, global consulting firms, entrepreneurial
ventures, arts organizations and non-profits. She holds an MBA from Harvard.
In addition, the Department of Management and Business faculty often give generously of their time and expertise, working with SSEP student consultants on specific topics that may vary from cost accounting to branding to organizational design issues.
