On-Campus Meeting & Event Management

Our team will work closely with you to find the perfect space or spaces on campus to host your meeting or event.

Our staff can provide:

• One contact through which a planner may secure all campus services and support
• One contract and itemized bill that covers all services the planner will receive from the college
• Provide consultation for event planning and budget
• Provide information on Saratoga Springs area housing, dining, travel, transportation
• Provide contact information regarding group housing downtown through Saratoga Convention and Tourism Bureau
• Assist with on-campus marketing of event
• Coordinate catering details, assist with menu selection, table linen
• Provide on-call assistance during event
