Template
Options
This is the main template used for
most offices. It provides the standard header (the
one you see on this page). The side navigation reserves
space for an optional image. ( Example)
( Example)
This one is very similar to the first, but replaces
the optional image with space for a series of navigation
links. You may adjust the number of links there
according to your needs. (Example)
This one shortens the header by removing the navigation
tabs. The remainder of the page matches the first-level.htm
template.
This combines the shorter header with
the navigation links from first-level2.htm ( Example)
This one employs both the smaller header and removes
the left navigation column. (Example)
This employs the larger header and
removes the left navigation column.
What are acceptable variations?
Here are some examples of acceptable variations from
the above templates:
-
You can use banner images to enhance
your site. Note, how it is used on the South
Africa site to individualize the department.
- You can use the optional image location for announcements,
as done here by the Dean
of Studies office.
Please consult with the Web Team
for specific advice on acceptable variations to the
standard template.
