- Meetings of the search committee are in boldface.
- All meetings of the search committee should include discussion of special needs for communication with other constituencies and a summary of items to be included in written progress reports that have wide distribution.
- If at any point the search committee is not satisfied with the results of the search to date, the timetable should be extended. This is not usually necessary, but should be considered at each meeting.
