When is Commencement? How long does it last? Where is it held?
Commencement Activities begin on Friday, May 16, and Commencement Exercises will be held on Saturday, May 17 at 11 AM. Commencement typically lasts about 2 1/2 hours and is held at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center (SPAC), located in the Saratoga State Park.
Are tickets required to attend Commencement?
No. Seating for more than 5,000 in the SPAC amphitheater makes it possible to accommodate all guests. Therefore, tickets are not issued or required, except for those whose party requires seating in the Special Access section, reserved for those with mobility impairments.
