The Studio begins to take shape.....

Painting the walls...

So much stuff....

Looking into the Studio through the door to the Gallery.

More of the interior, showing the floor.
My "temporary" bed in the Studio ...since sent on to Grace Marie in Minnesota.
Ray and Larry visit.
Looking out into the cold through a small Studio window.
It can be a beautiful view!

The Studio door from the inside.

This is one of five Z-brace, two-ply, pine doors that came from the little log cabins at Lake Lauderdale. They were out on the lawn selling for $20 each. There are some earlier images of my nephew, David, refinishing some of them. There are more to do, David! ;-)

I've been calling this my "Grace Marie" door. It's just the right size for a child to dart in and out, It was required as an emergency egress door. It's great for ventilation as well.

The Studio with the some of my equipment -- longing to be used -- in place.

Another perspective.

The rugs came from Jeannine, who found them at a wonderful little import shop that specializes in handcrafted items from Tibet.
