Well, the leach field is in.

The individual laminations for the office ridge beam are 1/2" thick and needed to be 20' long. We had to splice two "sticks" together. The splice is a diaganal cut that is 6" long. There are 17 lamination layers.
The office ridge beam, moved off the jig (Thanks, Ian). Its horizontal length is 18-1/2'.

The cut at the end of the ridge beam.
The "oval office" ridge beam in place.
Another view of the "oval office" ridge beam. Brian is securing the Concentric end of the beam.

My Dad, Melvin, came up to see the ridge beam in place.
My brother, Steve, brought Dad up. It was a beautiful day.
Stopping and chatting with Brian.
