Meghan Everett.
is currently a senior exercise science major at Skidmore College. For her senior thesis, she is currently assisting in the research
study comparing the well known Body-for-Life and American Heart Association
diet and exercise programs. Throughout Meghan's career at Skidmore College
she has pursued this field through both personal and academic experiences.
She has competed at the national and international level in short track
speedskating as a member of the US National Team and University Games Team
member. She has trained in Saratoga Springs, as well as Olympic Training
Centers in Colorado Springs, CO and Lake Placid, NY. The hands on knowledge
and experience she has gained through participation in these programs have
greatly enhanced her understanding and contributions to the exercise science
major.
