Ormsbee, CSCS Mike graduated Suma Cum Laude from Skidmore College with a BS in Exercise Science and a minor in Business. He is certified as a strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength & Conditioning Association and currently works as the research director for Dr. Paul J. Arciero in the human physiology laboratory at Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY. Mike has worked closely with Professor Arciero in the past, most notably during his senior year thesis project, to research and study the metabolic effects of green tea, caffeine, and ephedrine on humans. Mike was a 3-year varsity ice hockey player at Skidmore and also served as co-founder of Skidmore's weight-training club and later as founder and 3 year president of the health and fitness club. Mike's work has been published in Medicine & Science in Sports & Exercise and presented at the New York State Science Symposium (Ithaca, NY, 2002) and the American College of Sports Medicine (St. Louis, MO, 2002).
