Women's tennis defeats Vassar for eighth straight league crown
Skidmore's women's tennis team won an eighth straight Liberty League title, defeating No. 2 Vassar 5-1 in the Liberty League Championship match.

McDevitt publishes paper
Sylvia McDevitt, associate professor of biology, co-authored a paper published in the journal Microbiology Spectrum (Volume 6, Issue 2) titled "Resistance to Metals Used in Agricultural Production."
Ting Li quoted in WalletHub website
Ting Li, assistant professor of management and business, was recently quoted in the WalletHub website in an "Ask the Experts" Q&A on the use of store credit cards.

Meet Amelia Clarke
Theresa Knickerbocker
Amelia Clarke, the academic coordinator for Classics and Economics, is celebrating two decades at Skidmore.

Clarke has worked with six departmental chairs and numerous faculty members in her departments. Clarke began part-time at the College in 1997 and transitioned to full-time the following year during which she helped launch the inaugural Honors Forum program.
