Smoke free

Skidmore College will be a smoke-free and tobacco-free campus, effective Jan. 1, 2019. Smoking and tobacco use — as well as the use of all e-cigarettes and vaping devices — will be prohibited throughout all Skidmore College property, including outdoor areas.

Next Bulletin: Jan. 10

The next edition of the Skidmore Weekly Bulletin will be published Thursday, Jan. 10. The Office of Communications and Marketing wishes the Skidmore community a happy holiday season.

 

American Culinary Federation Conference and Competition

The eighth annual ACF event will take place Jan. 9 - 11, 2019. The conference will culminate in a “Chopped”-style contest featuring executive chefs from colleges, universities and institutions from across the Northeast on Friday, Jan. 11, from 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The contest is open to the public. .

 

Networking luncheon

Human Resources invites employees to meet, greet and connect with other members of the Skidmore Community over lunch, Jan. 8, 2019, 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.

Long-term parking for winter break

If you plan to leave your vehicle behind during winter break, it must be parked in Northwoods Lower Parking Lot and . If you will be on campus with your vehicle, you do not need to fill out the form.
