The Spa is open 8:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday this summer. Breakfast is served from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Lunch, which includes a salad bar, soup, full deli menu and grill menu, is served from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Weather permitting, a $5.99 pop-up grill menu is offered and includes a choice of burger, hot dog, chicken breast or veggie burger with two sides and a drink.

Burgess Café is open 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The Dining Hall serves breakfast 7-9:30 a.m., lunch 11:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. and dinner 5-7:30 p.m.

Campus power outages June 2

On Sunday, June 2, Palamountain Hall, Harder Hall, Falstaff’s Pavilion and the chiller plant are scheduled to be without power from 5 a.m. until 4 p.m. The rest of campus will be without power from noon until 4 p.m. The following areas will run off generator power: Dana Science Center, Murray-Aikins Dining Hall, Tang Teaching Museum, Bolton Hall, North Hall and Campus Safety. Please contact Facilities Services at ext. 5860 if you have any questions or concerns.

Author visit

Kim John Payne will speak on “The Soul of Discipline,” a Simplicity Parenting approach to warm, calm and firm guidance, from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, May 30, in Filene Auditorium.

Health Services temporarily closed

Health Services will be closed through May 31 due to construction.

Frances Day 2019

The sixth annual Frances Day, a community open house to be held Saturday, June 15, will feature art exhibitions, art-making activities, tours, food, music and more in honor of the museum’s namesake, Frances Young Tang ’61.

Friends of Skidmore Athletics Thoroughbred Cup

The 15th annual Friends of Skidmore Athletics Thoroughbred Cup Golf Tournament will take place Saturday, June 22, at Saratoga National Golf Club. Enjoy golf or dinner and support your Skidmore College Thoroughbreds. Registration and details are available online.
