HVAC systems being converted to winter
mode
The College has begun the process of
converting its HVAC systems from summer to winter mode. The
main chillers are now offline and air conditioning is no
longer available for those spaces serviced by them. Some
cooling is possible by using outside air under certain
conditions. Please direct any questions to Facilities at
extension 5860.

The women�s volleyball team is home
for two key Liberty League contests this weekend. Skidmore
hosts Clarkson at 7 p.m. Friday and St. Lawrence at 2 p.m.

production
"The Harvest" by Samuel D. Hunter,
directed by Artist-in-Residence John Michael DiResta, will be

political science, will speak about �Authoritarianism Through

Enhance your financial
well-being
The Live More, Skidmore worksite
wellness program is rolling out the Penny
Counter Challenge, a six-week program that encourages
financial well-being by helping participants track and
categorize their spending and make desired adjustments. The
challenge will run from Wednesday, Oct. 16, through Tuesday,
Nov. 26. Register by Monday, Oct. 14.
"Bringing Back the
Pollinators"
Mace Vaughan, co-director of the
Pollinator Program at the Xerces Society for Invertebrate
Conservation and author of �Attracting Native Pollinators,�
will speak about �Bringing Back the Pollinators: How Farmers,
Gardeners, Cities, and Schools Can Join the Global Effort to
Save Biodiversity� at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 15, in Filene
Auditorium.
