Athletics
update
The Skidmore College men�s and women�s
basketball teams will host a pair of key Liberty League home
games Friday, Jan. 24, against Bard (5:30 p.m., women; 7:30
p.m., men) and Saturday, Jan. 25, against Union (2 p.m.,
women; 4 p.m., men). Read more on the Skidmore Athletics

Club Fair
The Student Government Association
will host a Club Fair from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 24,
in Case Center. Skidmore has nearly 130 student clubs and 19
varsity sports.
Spring fitness
classes
Registration is open for spring
fitness classes, which are offered to current employees,
retirees and spouses/partners, as well as students. Classes
start on Saturday, Feb. 1, and run for 10 weeks. For more

Skidmore Chorus is seeking new
members
Students, faculty, staff and community
members are all welcome to join the Skidmore Chorus, no
auditions required. The Chorus will meet on Wednesdays from
6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in Ladd Concert Hall at Zankel Music Center,
with the first rehearsal taking place at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday,

#BeInstrumental musical
instrument drive and
concert
Donate your used band instruments to
help students in nearby schools. Drop-offs take place 9 a.m.
to 1 p.m. Jan. 25, Feb. 1 and Feb. 8. A benefit concert is
scheduled for 8 p.m. to midnight, Saturday, Jan. 25 at Lively
Lucy's in Falstaff's Pavilion. Admission is an instrument or

Exploring Museum Careers:
Panel and Discussion
Skidmore alumni and professionals
working in a variety of museum positions, from curating to
fundraising, will take part in a panel discussion and rotating
roundtables to discuss
their career paths and experiences in the field at 6 p.m.
Thursday, Jan. 30, in the Tang Teaching Museum. The event is
open to all students and registration is not required. There

The American Red Cross will host a
blood drive from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 7, in the

auctions
Join the Thoroughbreds softball team
for a breakfast fundraiser for their spring 2020 season from
