Information
Technology
Information
Technology asks faculty to email all Help Desk
requests to a new Faculty Help
Desk to expedite responses. In your email, it is
essential that you include a cellphone or landline number so
someone from IT can contact you. Calling the Help Desk phone
line will not be your quickest means of
support.
Staff should continue to contact John
Sanders at the Help
Desk.
IT is working with department heads to
provide equipment where needed. If you need a computer in
order to operate remotely, tell your supervisor, who will in
turn tell the person responsible for requests for the
department.
Voicemail routing is being done now.
The voicemail will delete automatically from the voicemail
system after seven days, but it will stay in your email until
you delete it.
