Post Office, Print Services leadership change

With the retirement of Charlene Freiberger, director of print and mail services, effective July 31, supervision of the Skidmore Post Office and Print Services will shift beginning Aug. 1. Wendy Walther, manager of conferences and events, will assume the role of interim supervisor of the Post Office and Print Services and will move her office to the Post Office, and Wendy LeBlanc, director of conferences and events, will provide backup support. Walther and LeBlanc have been working closely with Freiberger to learn the ins and outs of operations and ensure a smooth leadership transition.

I want to express my deep gratitude to Charlene for her outstanding leadership and service to Skidmore for the last 18-plus years, said Kelley Patton-Ostrander, assistant vice president for financial planning and auxiliary services. I am grateful to Wendy Walther and Wendy LeBlanc, who are both knowledgeable, well-respected members of the Skidmore community, for stepping in at this time.
