Come view the culmination of choreographer Danny Grossman and Dancer Eddie Kastrau’s 10-day residency with the Skidmore Dance Department. Students perform Waghalter and full-time lecturer Erika Pujič along with Eddie Kastrau perform Double Self-Portrait. Danny Grossman will also discuss his recent works.

Senior Capstone Site Specific work

Senior dance major presents "Modifying Movement: Dancing for All Bodies," a performance investigating dance and disability through original choreography performed by six Skidmore dancers, a short film involving community groups, and a solo set on her by professional choreographer Heidi Latsky (Heidi Latsky Dance).

Senior dance majors present their Capstone performance which includes original work in choreography as well as solos created by professional choreographers. Featured choreographers include  Hollis Bartlett (Dancer, Doug Varone and Dancers), Sidra Bell (Sidra Bell Dance New York), Maria Caruso (Artistic Director, Bodiography), Brandon Cournay (Dancer, Mark Morris Dance Group), Davalois Fearon (Davalois Fearon Dance), Zvi Gotheiner (ZviDance), Loni Landon (Loni Landon Dance Project).
