| 10 | NATIONAL MERIT SCHOLARSHIPS AND FELLOWSHIPS The national merit scholarships and fellowships program at Skidmore College supports high-achieving students as they pursue prestigious national undergraduate and post-graduate opportunities. Skidmore nominations and national merit awards are offered on a competitive basis to students with outstanding academic and personal accomplishments. These scholar- ships and fellowships provide opportunities for international study, research, independent projects, as well as extended leadership opportunities and graduate school funding.
