| 10 | NATIONAL MERIT SCHOLARSHIPS AND FELLOWSHIPS The national merit scholarships and fellowships program at Skidmore College supports high-achieving students as they pursue prestigious national undergraduate and post-graduate opportunities. Skidmore nominations and national merit awards are offered on a competitive basis to students with outstanding academic and personal accomplishments. These scholarships and fellowships provide opportunities for international study, research, independent projects, as well as extended leadership opportunities and graduate school funding.
