Statement on protests and admissions

February 25, 2018

Skidmore College values freedom of expression and encourages civic engagement. Thus, following reports that students in certain high schools might face disciplinary action for participating in protests against gun violence, Skidmore College will not penalize any applicants for any action taken because of their participation in peaceful protest and standing up for what they believe.
